This Wilmington project went beyond a kitchen makeover, combining a complete interior update with important improvements behind the walls and beneath the finished space. The kitchen was updated with white shaker-style cabinetry, black hardware, stainless steel appliances, refreshed hardwood flooring, and a stainless steel undermount sink with a gooseneck faucet. The finished layout gives the kitchen a clean, updated look while keeping everyday function at the center of the design. Behind the scenes, we also completed mechanical and infrastructure work throughout the attic and floor system. This included installing fiberglass batt insulation and updating plumbing with PVC drainage and PEX supply lines. From the finishes you see every day to the systems working out of sight, this project addressed both sides of the remodel—creating an updated kitchen while improving the infrastructure that supports it.
