This Middletown flooring project took the space from exposed OSB subfloor to a clean, finished surface with new wood-look luxury vinyl plank flooring. After preparing the subfloor, we installed light grey LVP throughout the kitchen and adjoining living areas, carefully fitting each plank around cabinetry, walls, doorways, and other fixed features. Floor registers were incorporated into the new layout, and fresh white baseboards were installed to give the perimeter a crisp, finished look. The new flooring brings the rooms together with a consistent wood-look finish while providing a durable, easy-to-maintain surface suited for everyday use. A major difference from where this project started—and a much more finished feel throughout the home.
