We completed a multi-window handyman project that addressed 14 window screens along with several smaller window maintenance items throughout the home. The existing screening material was replaced with pet-resistant screening on the applicable first-floor windows and standard black screening on the upstairs windows. Our team also replaced two window tilt latches, installed new bottom weatherstripping on two windows, and addressed screen clips where the condition and compatibility of the existing frames allowed. By handling the screens, hardware, and weatherstripping during the same project, we were able to take care of several common window maintenance needs in one service visit while keeping the existing windows and frames in place.
