Full Exterior Renovation – Roof, Siding, Gutters & Windows | Brewster, NY

This large-scale exterior renovation project in Brewster, NY included the complete replacement of the roofing, siding, gutters, windows, and porch ceiling. The roofing system featured 18 squares of GAF Timberline HDZ shingles and 2 squares of rolled roofing, installed with full waterproofing, ventilation, and copper chimney flashing. Three skylights were removed and closed off as part of the roof preparation. The home was also completely re-sided using Exterior Portfolio D4 panels in Stone Harbor over new insulation and house wrap, with all necessary trims, accessories, and aluminum window/door casings. Seamless aluminum gutters and RainDrop gutter guards were added for improved water management. Additional upgrades included new picture windows, vinyl ceiling for the porch, and rebuilt gable overhangs.
