Asphalt & Standing Seam Metal Roof Replacement

This residential roofing project in Bridgewater, CT featured a full replacement of both asphalt and metal roof systems. The upper roof was replaced with GAF Timberline HDZ architectural shingles, installed with premium underlayment, starter strips, ridge ventilation, and all necessary flashing for maximum protection and longevity. For the lower roof, we installed a high-performance standing seam metal system using Everlast 24-gauge snap-lock panels in Burnished Slate. All metal trims were custom-fabricated in-house at our warehouse using our own machines, allowing us to maintain full quality control. At the job site, we cut and form the panels with precision to ensure a perfect fit, reduce waste, and provide a cleaner, more durable finish. This hybrid roofing system offers long-term performance, weather resistance, and a sharp, modern look tailored specifically to the home.
