Standing Seam Aluminum Roof Installation

This premium residential project in Madison, CT featured the full installation of a custom-fabricated standing seam aluminum roof, covering 3,000 square feet. The existing roof was removed and inspected before applying a full layer of high-temperature ice and water shield. For added insulation and structural protection, 1/2" cover board was installed and taped at the seams. We then fabricated and installed Everlast 032-gauge aluminum snap-lock panels in Burnished Slate, along with custom aluminum flashing, drip edge, ridge hips, and caps. All metal trims were produced in-house at our warehouse using our own equipment to ensure quality control, and panels were cut and formed on-site to guarantee precise fitting, minimal waste, and a clean, durable finish.
