Architectural Roof & Gutter Replacement – Newtown, CT

This residential project in Newtown, CT included the full replacement of an asphalt shingle roofing system and seamless aluminum gutters. The scope covered the removal of the old roof, detailed plywood inspection, seam taping, full waterproofing protection with ice & water shield and synthetic underlayment, and installation of GAF Timberline UHDZ SG shingles in Charcoal. Additional enhancements included a complete GAF ridge vent system for attic ventilation and kick-out flashing for water diversion. Lecla also removed and replaced the client’s TV antenna and installed new heavy-gauge 6” seamless gutters and 180 feet of Raindrop gutter guards.
