Architectural & EPDM Roof Replacement – Norwalk, CT

This comprehensive residential roofing project in Norwalk, CT included a full replacement of both the sloped and low-pitch roof sections. The main roof was upgraded with GAF Timberline HDZ SG shingles installed with a full GAF-certified system including underlayment, starter strip, ridge venting, and waterproofing components. A 200 sq ft low-pitch section was completed with a durable EPDM membrane for superior flat-roof protection. The chimney was completely rebuilt from the roof deck and reflashed using lead counter flashing, with all seams soldered and sealed. To complete the system, we installed 6” seamless aluminum gutters with gutter guards for optimal drainage.
