This Boerne master bathroom remodel transformed a dated space with a partially enclosed shower into a modern, open design centered around a spacious walk-in shower and floating vanity. The original bathroom featured a small tiled shower surrounded by partial walls that visually divided the room and limited natural light. Our design removed these barriers and replaced the shower with a full glass enclosure, allowing the entire bathroom to feel more open and connected. Large-format marble-look porcelain slabs create a dramatic focal point across the back shower wall, while pebble flooring provides texture and slip resistance underfoot. Dual shower systems offer flexibility and comfort, and recessed niches provide convenient storage without interrupting the clean lines of the design. The new floating vanity adds warmth with natural wood cabinetry and is topped with a quartz countertop featuring an integrated sink. Champagne bronze fixtures and pendant lighting introduce subtle contrast while maintaining the bathroom’s soft, modern aesthetic. Dark floor tile grounds the design and pairs beautifully with the lighter shower walls, creating a balanced and contemporary space that feels both elegant and relaxing. The result is a master bathroom that feels significantly larger, brighter, and more luxurious while maintaining a layout that works well for everyday use.
