This China Grove bathroom remodel focused on transforming an outdated tub-shower combination into a clean, modern walk-in shower designed for both style and everyday functionality. The original space featured a traditional alcove tub with dated tile surround, limited visual appeal, and minimal usability for today’s needs. By removing the tub and reworking the layout, we created a more open and accessible shower experience that feels brighter, larger, and easier to maintain. The new walk-in shower features large-format wall panels with subtle veining, delivering the look of natural stone with a seamless, low-maintenance surface. A built-in bench adds comfort and practicality, while the recessed niche provides convenient storage without cluttering the design. To elevate the overall aesthetic, matte black hardware and a sliding glass enclosure introduce a bold contrast against the light wall finishes. This modern combination ties seamlessly into the updated vanity area, which includes warm wood cabinetry, quartz countertops, and updated lighting for a cohesive, refreshed look.
