Cibolo Kitchen Refresh with Painted Cabinets, Quartz Countertops & Herringbone Backsplash
This Cibolo kitchen remodel focused on transforming the look and feel of the space without changing the existing layout. The original kitchen featured dark stained cabinetry, black granite countertops, and a diagonal tile backsplash that made the space feel heavier and more traditional. To brighten the room and create a more updated aesthetic, the cabinetry was professionally refinished in a crisp white paint with new champagne bronze hardware. The lighter cabinetry instantly opened up the space and reflected more natural and overhead light throughout the kitchen. New quartz countertops were installed along the perimeter and island, offering a clean and durable surface that complements the updated cabinetry. The island was finished in a contrasting blue tone to create a subtle focal point while maintaining a cohesive color palette. The backsplash was replaced with a marble-look herringbone tile that adds texture and visual movement behind the cooktop and microwave area. Under-cabinet lighting highlights the pattern while also improving task lighting for everyday cooking. The result is a fresh, bright kitchen that feels modern and inviting while maintaining the functionality of the original layout.
