This Northwest San Antonio kitchen remodel transformed a dated and closed-off workspace into a bright, highly functional kitchen with clean modern finishes and a warm organic feel. The original kitchen featured older builder-grade cabinetry, limited workspace, heavy soffits, and dated lighting that made the room feel darker and more confined. Legacy Bath & Kitchen redesigned the space to improve both functionality and visual openness while creating a more custom and contemporary aesthetic. The new kitchen features warm stained shaker cabinetry paired with bright quartz countertops and a striking green linear glass backsplash that adds texture and personality throughout the space. Removing the heavy soffits and updating the lighting dramatically opened the room visually while creating a cleaner architectural appearance. One of the most impactful improvements was the redesigned sink wall. By maximizing the long window-lined countertop, the remodel created significantly more prep space, storage, and natural light throughout the kitchen. Matte black fixtures and hardware add contrast and modern detail while complementing the warm cabinetry tones. The cooking wall was also fully reworked with upgraded cabinetry, expanded storage, and improved workflow around the range area. Thoughtful drawer storage and modern cabinetry organization make the kitchen more functional for everyday use while maintaining a clean streamlined appearance.
