Boerne Bathroom Remodel Before and After | Tub-to-Shower Conversion & Open Layout Upgrade
This Boerne bathroom remodel focused on transforming a cramped, closed-off layout into a space that feels open, functional, and significantly larger—without adding square footage. The original design separated the vanity from the shower with a dividing wall, creating a tight and dark shower area that felt disconnected from the rest of the bathroom. By removing this wall, we were able to open the space completely, allowing light to flow throughout and dramatically improving the overall layout. We also converted the existing tub into a spacious walk-in shower, finished with large-format tile and a frameless glass enclosure for a clean, modern look. The new vanity features a quartz countertop, dark cabinetry for contrast, and an integrated LED mirror that enhances both function and ambiance. Updated flooring, lighting, and finishes complete the transformation, resulting in a bathroom that feels brighter, more open, and far more practical for everyday use.
