When a cracked crown and aging masonry put this chimney at risk, Leonard & Sons rebuilt it from the roofline up — raising it to code-compliant height with new brick matched to the home's existing brick. A new concrete crown with overhang and drip edge was poured to shed water properly, with a sealed expansion joint protecting the clay flue. The project was finished with re-secured flashing, a thorough cleaning, and a new stainless steel rain and animal cap — leaving the chimney safe, watertight, and built to last.
