We performed comprehensive roof inspection for this large industrial facility in Mason. Our team addressed a variety of issues across both the corrugated metal and flat membrane roof sections, focusing on mitigating leaks and stopping structural deterioration. We conducted detailed inspections to identify failing seams, rusted penetrations, and cracked surfaces that required immediate attention. We helped place budgeting and work phases into perspective. These are just some of the small things we do to help make it easier to manage a larger scale property. To restore the roof's integrity, we applied specialized sealants to metal joints, repaired damaged flashing around HVAC units, and patched punctures in the membrane.
