We performed a comprehensive exterior maintenance assessment for this residence in Dayton, focusing on the roofing, gutter systems, and window trim. Our team inspected both the asphalt shingle sections and the weathered slate tiles to identify potential leak points and debris buildup. We also examined the aluminum gutters and downspouts to ensure proper drainage away from the home's foundation.
