We had a list of things to address for this property. We had a leak coming into the home from a failed pipe boot. But along side that we noticed several down spouts dropping right onto the shingle roof and causing it to age rapidly because of the flow of water. So we did some updates and even fixed the interior damage as well. Another punch list of problems resolved.
