You’ve got to see the "surgery" we did on this one! We took this ranch down to the wood, and as you can see from the drone shots, it’s a good thing we did. There were some bad spots in the decking that would have caused major problems if we just roofed over them. After replacing the rotted wood and getting a fresh underlayment down, we finished it off with these sleek charcoal architectural shingles. We even updated the chimney flashing and ridge vents to make sure the whole system works like a charm. It went from a "maybe it’s leaking" roof to a "best looking on the block" shield in no time!
