We conducted a comprehensive property inspection and performed targeted repairs for this multi-family community in Fairborn. Our team focused on evaluating the condition of the asphalt shingle roofs, ventilation systems, and exterior building envelopes across several structures. We addressed issues with the architectural shingles, installed new plumbing vent boots, and replaced damaged wooden fascia boards to prevent water intrusion. This work ensured all ridge vents and drainage systems were functioning correctly to protect the structural integrity of the buildings.
