Sometimes a sagging or failing gutter is more than just a loose screw. We performed a comprehensive gutter repair and wood restoration project for this Apartment Building in Dayton. Our team addressed significant water staining and rot identified along the roofline and eaves. We removed damaged fascia boards and exposed rafter tails to ensure the structural integrity of the roof edge before proceeding with new installations. We installed new dimensional lumber trim and structural sheathing to reinforce the roof overhang. After completing the wood repairs, we updated the soffit vents and secured a new dark brown gutter system to improve drainage and prevent future water damage. The finished project provides a durable, functional solution that protects the vinyl siding and foundation from runoff.
