Partnering with Fobes Hill Studio, we transformed this outdated and non-functional primary bath into a luxury retreat. The existing, sunken bathtub had cracked and leaked resulting in water damage to be repaired. Additionally, the entire floorplan was re-worked to provide increased counterspace, an open shower with bench, and still have room for a large soaking tub.
