This project entailed a whole home remodel in partnership with Fobes Hill Studio (www.fobeshillstudio.com) with the goal of transitioning from a dated house, to a multigenerational home. We removed a main wall that separated the kitchen from the living room, completely transforming the space to a light filled oasis. A bedroom was converted to a TV room that could double as a guest bedroom when the need arises. The laundry room space and adjoining hallway was joined to create a larger laundry room that allowed for a more spacious working area. Finishes included a beautiful shiplap vaulted ceiling, timeless tile work, brand new oak floors throughout, and a custom table crafted at our in-house wood shop. To further improve the comfort of the home, a new ducted min-split heating and AC system was installed to replace outdated wall heaters. New windows were added, and the home was completed re-sided, including new house-wrap and air sealing. Design by www.fobeshillstudio.com
