We were fortunate enough to work with amazing clients to breathe new life into this beautiful 1980's home. through a full renovation of the kitchen, laundry, dining, family room, bonus room, powder bath, and primary sweet. This necessitated removing a major structural wall and reinforcing the floor above with steel beams to create a seamless, flush ceiling. Updated electrical, plumbing, and HVAC brought the performance of the home up to match the aesthetics. The kitchen layout was re-worked to bring more function and style to the space. Rot was also repaired in exterior walls as a result of poor craftsmanship over the years by other contractors and handyman who showed little regard for proper water and air management.
