We installed a new stamped concrete patio at a residence in Hilton Head Island. The project involved pouring a light-colored concrete slab and applying a textured pattern to extend the outdoor living space behind the home. We integrated the new surface with the existing screened-in porch and sliding glass door transitions to ensure a seamless connection to the interior. The design features a repeating ashlar slate pattern that provides the appearance of natural stone with the durability of a solid concrete pour. We incorporated clean expansion joints and subtle curved edges to complement the home’s exterior and surrounding landscape. This addition creates a functional, low-maintenance area for outdoor entertaining.
