We completed a comprehensive exterior renovation in Bluffton that included installing a new irrigation system and fresh sod. We graded the yard, excavated trenches for the irrigation lines, and mounted a Rain Clik controller to manage the watering cycles. Our team also prepared the soil and laid new turf across the property, ensuring a seamless transition between the lawn and existing structures. To enhance the curb appeal, we installed a variety of shrubs and ornamental grasses within mulched garden beds along the foundation and property lines. We incorporated stamped concrete borders and painted concrete patio extensions to define the outdoor living spaces. These upgrades, combined with the new drainage downspout extensions, created a functional and well-irrigated landscape designed for long-term health.
