We completed a comprehensive staircase renovation and installation project for a residence in Lone Tree. Our team installed custom curved wooden stairs featuring light oak treads to replace the previous unfinished structure. We integrated the new staircase with the surrounding open-concept floor plan to ensure a seamless transition between the home's levels. For the final finishes, we utilized light oak for the treads and matching hardwood flooring throughout the landings and mezzanine. We installed a modern black metal railing system with vertical balusters to provide a minimalist aesthetic that complements the home's high ceilings and natural light. This upgrade provides a durable and functional focal point for the central living area.
