We completed a series of infrastructure upgrades and safety improvements as part of a comprehensive building recertification in Hollywood. Our team performed extensive electrical and mechanical work, including the installation of new junction boxes, conduits, and specialized fire-stop sealant at all wall and ceiling penetrations to ensure code compliance. We also addressed the building's telecommunications systems, organizing high-density data cabling and mounting new punch-down blocks to streamline network connectivity. The scope included replacing rusted electrical disconnects and installing fire alarm strobes and speakers throughout the mechanical and utility areas. We managed the routing of cable bundles through fire-rated sleeves and integrated new HVAC condenser units with updated electrical feeds. These improvements addressed critical safety requirements while modernizing the building's core mechanical, electrical, and data systems for long-term durability.
