New Skylights and Roof in Belmont, MA

We replaced the roof, along with the existing skylights. The skylights were updated to solar-opening skylights. Also, we installed smart vents to help cool the attic and bring it up to code. We had to install plywood sheathing over the existing wood roof boards due to the gaps between the old boards.
