MAT Roofing recently completed a pipe boot replacement in Glenshaw, PA after a homeowner noticed a roof leak around a plumbing vent. Our inspection found that the existing pipe boot had worn and deteriorated, allowing water to enter the roof system. We replaced the damaged pipe boot and properly sealed the flashing to restore a watertight seal and stop the leak.
