Transforming this home with a sleek, contemporary exterior, this full renovation features high-performance CertainTeed CERTAplank® Single 7" (S7) reinforced vinyl lap siding in Charcoal Gray. Engineered with a realistic woodgrain texture and an integrated foam backing for superior rigidity and thermal performance, CERTAplank® delivers the bold, flat-face profile of authentic clapboard with permanent, maintenance-free durability. In addition to the primary CertainTeed siding installation, our team performed extensive exterior trim upgrades. We installed two AZEK® 6"x6" PVC column wraps complete with custom 1x6 lower and 1x4 upper trim boards on the porch. To complete the drainage and accenting package, custom site-extruded white 5-inch gutters with precision-mitered corners, 2"x3" downspouts, and new PVC connectors were integrated seamlessly with the custom aluminum fascia wrap and vented white soffits. From the reinforced thermal-backed CertainTeed CERTAplank alignment to the custom AZEK column trim work and seamless gutter fitting, this project showcases the level of craftsmanship required for a complete, high-contrast residential remodeling transformation.
