This impressive full exterior transformation completely updated a traditional home using CertainTeed CERTAplank® Single 7" (S7) reinforced vinyl siding in Midnight Blue. Engineered to replicate the bold, flat-face profile of authentic wood and fiber cement clapboard, CERTAplank® combines light weight with exceptional structural strength thanks to its integrated foam backing. The deep Midnight Blue shade, paired with a realistic woodgrain finish and PermaColor™ lifetime fade protection, provides striking curb appeal that is built to endure the elements without warping or fading. To complement the primary CertainTeed siding installation, our team enhanced the home's architectural foundation by installing Versetta Stone® Ledgestone stone veneer in Mission Point along the front foundation wall, complete with universal corner wrapping and a finished wainscot cap sill for a seamless transition. The project scope was further elevated with custom site-extruded 6-inch white seamless aluminum gutters with 3"x4" leaders to ensure optimal water management. Additionally, the existing rear deck underwent complete restoration, including board and baluster repairs, pressure washing, and a fresh application of Sherwin-Williams solid deck stain.
