We completed an extensive property transformation featuring the GAF Timberline HDZ® Roofing System in Pewter Gray, a high-performance choice offering a 50-year product life and a 150+ MPH wind rating. To ensure maximum durability, we installed the shingles using a reinforced 6-nail pattern and included 25-year stain guard protection to prevent algae growth. This project involved a partial replacement of the front garage roof, where we addressed critical leak zones by installing Ice & Water Shield extending 6 feet up the problem area and constructing a custom cricket at the sidewall intersection to divert water flow. Our team also performed professional repairs on the existing skylights and upgraded the home's drainage with 5" KleanGutter MicroMesh Gutter Guards.
