We performed essential roof maintenance and targeted repairs to resolve active leaks and extend the life of the existing roofing system. A primary focus of this project was the expert repair of a leaking cupola located over the garage, which required removing the existing trim to install necessary flashing and adding shingles where they were missing. We meticulously applied multiple layers of sealant to the entire surrounding area before replacing the trim and performing a final seal to ensure a completely weather-tight finish. In addition to the cupola work, we conducted a general maintenance sweep of the roof to identify and fill in any missing shingles. Throughout the repair process, we prioritized the protection of the homeowner’s property by utilizing heavy-duty breathable mesh tarps along the gutter lines to shield landscaping. To conclude the project, we performed an efficient cleanup that included blowing off hard surfaces and conducting multiple passes with rolling and handheld magnets to remove approximately 95% of metal debris from the property.
