Excavate existing sloped yard to maximize the amount of level backyard utilizing retaining wall. Regrade backyard, rebuild brock walkways, plant perimeter bushes and create low maintenance planting beds. Additional work create a pad for shed and firepit. Redirect draining from neighbor's wall.
