Subfloor Repair / Partial Remodel

• Floor joists that were affected by the water damage and dry rot were sistered to strengthen them and ensure sturdy support for the floor. • New subflooring was laid. • Toilet angle stops were replaced. • Hung sheet rock in preparation for a local drywall professional to tape, mud and texture. • New toilet installed. • New bidet toilet attachment installed. • A new tile floor was laid to match the rest of the existing tile in the bathroom. • Baseboards installed and painted. • Flooring transition installed between carpet and tile portions of the bathroom. • Painted remodeled portion with customer provided paint to match the rest of the bathroom.
