We performed a comprehensive backyard site preparation and structural installation in Port Washington that involved clearing overgrown vegetation and excavating deep trenches for new foundations. Our team installed reinforced concrete footings and a tiered retaining wall system to stabilize the sloped property and manage soil erosion. We also replaced weathered perimeter barriers with a new wooden picket fence to clearly define the property lines. The project utilized high-strength concrete reinforced with steel rebar cages and finished with smooth stone-capped retaining wall segments. We carefully graded the yard to create level surfaces, providing a clean slate for the updated landscaping. The combination of structural masonry and new cedar fencing significantly improved the site's overall functionality and long-term durability.
