We completed a comprehensive roof replacement and gutter installation for this two-story residence in Charlotte, NC. After identifying significant wear on the existing three-tab shingles and deteriorating plumbing boots, we stripped the surface to inspect the decking and ensure a solid foundation. Our team carefully managed the removal of old satellite equipment and the preparation of all vent penetrations to prevent future moisture intrusion. For the new installation, we selected Owens Corning Oakridge architectural shingles in Brownwood to provide enhanced durability and a dimensional aesthetic. The finished project features a high-performance roofing system and new gutters designed to protect the home and improve drainage.
