We completed a comprehensive roof replacement for this professional medical building in Rock Hill. Our team removed failing asphalt shingles and addressed water intrusion issues impacting the interior offices. We performed a full tear-off to inspect the underlying roof deck and replace damaged insulation. We installed architectural asphalt shingles on the sloped sections and a durable white TPO membrane on the flat roof areas.
