We completed a full residential roof and gutter replacement for this white brick home in Indian Land, SC. Our team removed the existing layers down to the original OSB sheathing to ensure the structural integrity of the roof deck before beginning the installation. We also performed detailed work around the home’s chimney and skylights, replacing the flashing to ensure a completely watertight seal. For the new surface, we installed Owens Corning architectural shingles in a refined gray palette, utilizing high-performance RhinoRoof U20 synthetic underlayment for enhanced moisture protection. Throughout the project, we utilized extensive site protection and tarps to safeguard the landscaping and exterior masonry from debris. This comprehensive upgrade provides the residence with a durable, weather-resistant roofing system and improved drainage.
