We completed a full residential roof replacement for a two-story brick home in Rock Hill, South Carolina. Our team performed a comprehensive tear-off down to the OSB decking to identify and address any underlying structural concerns. We updated all critical components, including new plumbing boots and custom-fitted metal flashing around the chimney and roof-to-wall transitions. For the final installation, we applied RhinoRoof U20 synthetic underlayment and Owens Corning architectural shingles in the color Teak for superior durability. This complete system provides the property with enhanced moisture protection and a refreshed, cohesive aesthetic.
