We completed a full roof replacement on a two-story residential home and its detached storage shed in Rock Hill, SC. Our team conducted a thorough inspection of the wood decking after performing a complete tear-off of the old roofing materials. We ensured the structural integrity of the wood decking before moving forward with the new installation. To provide superior moisture protection, we installed RhinoRoof U20 synthetic underlayment, followed by Owens Corning architectural shingles. We also replaced essential components, including the pipe boots and ridge vent, to ensure proper ventilation. The finished roofing system offers a clean, uniform appearance and long-term weather resistance for the entire property.
