We completed a full residential roof replacement for this multi-gabled brick home in Rock Hill. Our team performed a comprehensive tear-off of the old materials and carefully inspected the structural decking for underlying issues to ensure a stable and secure foundation for the new roof. To provide maximum weather protection, we installed a combination of high-performance synthetic underlayment. We finished the project with variegated grey and brown architectural asphalt shingles. This updated roofing system offers enhanced durability and long-term protection against the elements.
