We completed a full residential roof replacement for this two-story home in Charlotte, North Carolina. Our team removed the aging material and installed a high-performance Owens Corning Duration shingle system across the entire structure. We also integrated new Velux skylight with solar-powered shades and updated the attic ventilation components to ensure long-term durability and proper airflow. To protect the roof deck, we utilized RhinoRoof U20 synthetic underlayment and installed new drip edge flashing and plumbing vent boots.
