We completed a full residential roof replacement for this single-story home and its gazebo in Charlotte, North Carolina. Our team removed the existing, weathered shingles and performed a thorough inspection of the roof deck to ensure a solid foundation. The project scope extended to reroofing the matching hexagonal gazebo to provide uniform protection across the entire property. For the new installation, we utilized Owens Corning Oakridge architectural shingles paired with RhinoRoof U20 synthetic underlayment for enhanced moisture protection. We also integrated a new ridge vent system and installed Perma-Boot pipe flashing to safeguard the home against leaks. The finished project delivers a cohesive, durable roofing system designed to withstand the elements for years to come.
