We completed a comprehensive residential roof replacement for this two-story brick home in Charlotte. Our team removed the weathered asphalt shingles and conducted a thorough inspection of the roof deck. We replaced several sections of damaged plywood sheathing to ensure the structural integrity of the new roofing system. To provide long-term protection, we installed RhinoRoof U20 synthetic underlayment and high-quality architectural shingles. We also integrated a new skylight and updated the metal flashing around the chimney and roof transitions.
