We completed a comprehensive residential roofing project in Rock Hill, South Carolina, involving both the primary residence and a detached brick garage. Our crew removed the aged asphalt shingles to perform a detailed inspection of the roof decking and structural components. We replaced the entire system with Owens Corning architectural shingles to provide long-term protection and updated the property's overall appearance. To maximize durability, we installed RhinoRoof U20 synthetic underlayment and integrated new ridge vents to improve attic ventilation. Special attention was given to the complex roofline, including the three dormers and multiple gables, where we ensured precise flashing and water-tight seals. The final installation provides a reliable, high-performance barrier that perfectly complements the classic red brick exterior of this estate.
