We completed a full garage floor coating project for this residence in Atascadero. Our team meticulously prepped the concrete surface by repairing cracks and testing moisture levels to ensure a long-lasting bond. We extended the new finish into the adjoining utility room and over the interior steps for a cohesive, professional appearance. For the finish, we applied a Simiron decorative chip system in the Outback color palette using a quarter-inch flake size. This multi-layer coating provides a durable, easy-to-clean surface that withstands daily wear and tear. The final result creates a clean transition from the interior garage space to the home's stone paver driveway.
