We completed a full concrete coating project for this residential porch and entryway in Atascadero. Our team prepared the weathered, stained concrete surfaces grinding off all the old carpet glue before applying a durable polyurea system across the main porch area and connecting side walkways. This installation addressed years of surface wear and moisture discoloration, providing a uniform and protective barrier. We used Simirons polyurea system in the Obsidian color, which features a dark, multi-colored speckled aggregate finish. This new coating creates a textured, slip-resistant surface that integrates seamlessly with the existing stucco columns and home exterior. The final result offers a clean, updated look that is built to withstand the elements and daily foot traffic.
