We recently refreshed this basement and storage area in Paso Robles by giving the concrete floor a much-needed upgrade. Our team prepped the original slab and concrete curbs, ensuring the expansion joints were handled correctly before applying a tough polyurea floor coating. We chose a Carbon Chip finish, which we extended over the steps and raised ledges for a clean, seamless look. This new surface is not only slip-resistant but also does a great job protecting against moisture, making the space way more functional and easier to keep clean.
