We completed a commercial laundry room floor renovation in San Luis Obispo. The project began with extensive surface preparation to remove debris and old adhesive from the worn concrete subfloor. We then installed a specialized moisture vapor barrier to protect the new surface from rising dampness. For the finish, we applied a durable epoxy coating featuring a Shoreline flake system. This speckled finish provides a slip-resistant and easy-to-clean surface ideal for high-traffic utility areas. The final result is a professional-grade floor that effectively seals the space while resisting moisture and wear.
